China Yongxin Completes Reverse Merger

China Yongxin Pharmaceuticals Inc. has completed its previously announced reverse merger with Nutradyne Group, Inc. and now announces its new name and ticker symbol to reflect the new composition of the company. China Yongxin is a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of pharmaceuticals in Northeastern China, with headquarters in Changchun. China Yongxin operates a retail distribution network through its chain of wholly-owned drug stores, a wholesale drug distribution business and a ginseng-based TCM drug manufacturing division.
